Collis wine is a specialty of our winery, aged for 24 months in a 2,500-liter acacia barrel. The result is a characterful wine with intense flavors and an oily texture. It’s a white blend consisting of six different grape varieties: Renski and Laški rizling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Traminec. Each variety contributes 1/6 to the blend. The wine is a deep golden color, with a pronounced floral aroma revealing its barrel aging. Notes of yellow apple, pineapple slices, lemon and clementine zest, yellow rose, melissa, cinnamon, and vanilla are evident, accompanied by buttery tones, marzipan, and caramel. It’s a dry wine with an oily mouthfeel and a full body.
