2022 winter was mild, with almost no snow. February and March were cold to postpone bud burst. Spring was warm with enough rain, flowering started on 1st of June and finished slowly, with no issues. Summer was hot and grape ripening was accelerated. At the end of August, it cooled down slightly. Harvest started early in September and took place fast, without problems. Quantity was high and grapes were of excellent quality, similar to vintage 2021.
