Laški rizling is a dry, fresh, and aromatic wine produced through a 24-hour cold maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by 15 months of aging on its own yeast in a 2,500- liter acacia barrel. This process imparts width, fullness, and a juicy, vibrant character to the wine. Laški rizling has a deep golden color with a touch of green. On the palate, citrus notes dominate, combined with ripe yellow fruit and hints of wood aging.
Awards include a bronze medal at the 2020 Decanter International Wine Competition.
